Vouch Club Child Safety Standards

Our commitment

Vouch Club is an 18+ dating app. Minors are not permitted, and we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to preventing, detecting, and reporting it.

Keeping minors off Vouch Club

• Vouch Club is restricted to users 18 and older. Age is collected at signup (date of birth, 18+).
• Access is invite / approval based (not open signup), which adds a human-network layer of trust.
• If we discover a user is under 18, we delete the account immediately.

Reporting and response

• Any user can block another user from any profile or chat, and is then invited to report them with a reason. Blocking takes effect immediately.
• We review reports and act on them. Content or accounts involving CSAE/CSAM are removed immediately, the account is banned, and we preserve and report as required by law.
• Users can also reach our safety team at support@vouchclub.ca.

Legal compliance & reporting

We comply with applicable child-safety laws in the regions we operate (Canada and the jurisdictions of our beta). Confirmed CSAM is reported to the appropriate authority (e.g. the Canadian Centre for Child Protection / Cybertip.ca, and NCMEC where applicable) and handled per our internal procedures.

Child safety point of contact

Our child safety contact, at support@vouchclub.ca, is responsible for our CSAE-prevention practices and compliance with this policy, and is available to discuss them. We will identify that person by name to a platform, regulator or law-enforcement agency on request.
